Super Seeker Tool
Do you think that you have lost or unclaimed superannuation amounts from previous employment?
If so, you should use this tool available on the ATO website to help you search for them.
It is free to use and is quick and easy.
You will need:

Tax File Number
-
Family and Given Names
-
Date of Birth
If there is a possible match:

SuperSeeker will display details of any accounts listed on the lost members register in addition to unclaimed super held by the ATO.

If an account is found on the register you will be provided with your options

Where unclaimed super or other accounts are found, you can use the claim form provided by SuperSeeker to make a claim.
